Our Wedding Photography Services are covered by the following Terms and Conditions

• Reservation fee. Upon agreement, to reserve the wedding date client shall Pay a non-refundable reservation fee of €200. If the event of cancellation client understands that the reservation will be forfeited to the photographer.

• Dates will ONLY be secured after the reservation fee is received.

• Our Packages include traveling of up to 100km anything outside that will incur extra charges to the client upon agreement.

• We may require accommodation if the location is at a distance of more than 100km and shall be covered y the client and confirmed with us before booking.

• During the wedding if attendance will be greater than 5 hrs a suitable seating area at the venue would be required.

• No images would be released until the final payment is received.

• Copyright under our Terms and Conditions, David Simpson Photographer reserves all rights to the images for Publicity on their Website and social media accounts with Prior agreement form the client.

• We shall be granted full artistic license in relation to poses photographed and locations used at the photography locations. Due to the unpredictable Irish weather and the willingness of subjects, it is not always p[possible to capture certain images requested by the client.

• Digital files once payment has been received and post production completed we will release high resolution JPEG files to the client all photographs have a shared Copyright so the client can use, share a print at no additional cost.

• Cancellation Policy. After a booking has been made and you should cancel for reason you must notify me in writing by email or letter the initial reservation fee is non-refundable.

• Cancellation by us in the highly unlikely event of cancellation or unavoidable photographic failure the photographer liability shall be limited to a full refund of any booking fees and fees paid to us by the client. Re-shoots may be arranged if Practicable we will not be responsible for any further costs. We will endeavor to arrange another photographer in the unlikely event they are both unable to attend a booking. However it may prove difficult to find a skilled replacement photographer at such short notice or at the same price.
